Age Verification — 18+ Required
Carambet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one Carambet account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
Providing accurate information is mandatory
The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate. Accounts created with incorrect information may be closed at any time.
Use a payment method in your own name
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from another person's account may be rejected.
Bonus — Withdraw Only After Meeting the Conditions
Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Separate terms apply to each offer.
Fair Play — Zero Tolerance for Cheating

Withdrawal Rules

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method you used to deposit.
  • Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours.
  • KYC verification is required for large withdrawals.
  • Carambet does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Note: If the bonus conditions are not met, only the original deposit amount can be withdrawn — the bonus portion will be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

  • A minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for a bonus.
  • Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus use on accumulator bets may be restricted unless the stakes are of equal value.
  • Any bonus abuse may result in the bonus being voided and the account being permanently closed.

How Wagering Requirements Work

Wagering means completing the betting requirement after receiving a bonus. For example — if the bonus is ৳1,000 and the wagering requirement is 20x, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable.

Accepting a bonus is always optional. If you'd rather not, simply skip the bonus option at the time of deposit — you can play and withdraw normally without one.

  • Automated betting using software or bots
  • Betting using insider information
  • Participation in match-fixing or corrupt activities

  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

  • Hacking, phishing, or attempting to compromise site security

If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be reviewed before a refund decision is made. If a rule violation is found, the balance may be forfeited.
