Two important questions about accounts and payments.

For a temporary break, go to Account Settings and use the "Temporary Suspension" option — you can choose anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months. During this period, logging in and placing bets will not be possible, but your balance will remain safe. To permanently delete your account, email support@carambet.bet or let us know via live chat. Any pending withdrawals at the time of your request will be processed first, after which your account will be closed. Certain transaction records must be retained as required by law, but your personal data will be deleted as promptly as possible.

Once a match or event ends — usually within minutes — your winnings are automatically credited to your Carambet balance. For live betting, settlement is even faster as it happens in real time.
